On June 8, CARNY was presented with the Diane Seligman Award for Best Documentary at the Brooklyn Lyceum. Cinematographer Virginia Lee Hunter was on hand to accept the award at the closing festivities of the 11th edition of the Brooklyn International Film Festival. The award includes a $5000 cash prize, a Lowel portable film lighting kit and … a coveted Chameleon statuette!
